Delete your account and everything in it.
You can delete your Lumi account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens next.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Lumi and go to your Profile.
- Open Privacy and security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you cannot open the app, write to support@applumi.online from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We will reply within a few days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, your No Contact history and your mood check-ins.
- Your journal, unsent messages, Reality Check, Social Detox and Journey answers.
- Your Coach conversations and the notes the Coach kept about you.
- Your photos, videos and voice notes stored in Lumi.
- Your login, your devices for notifications and any gift links you created.
What happens next
- Deleting happens straight away in our active systems and cannot be undone.
- Copies in backups are removed on a rolling basis, within 30 days.
- We may keep a minimal record where the law requires it, for example proof of a purchase.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple account settings so you are not billed again.
