A 30-day breakup plan: one small step a day
A day-by-day 30-day plan for after a breakup, in four stages: Survive, Understand, Rediscover, Rebuild. Short daily tasks to stay No Contact and get your life back.

The 2 a.m. moment
The urge usually passes in a few minutes. SOS gives you something to do with them: a slow breathing orb you can feel in your hand, a place to write the message instead of sending it, and a calm voice that reminds you why you started.
How Lumi helps
Your No Contact streak grows a flower, one leaf a day. Milestones, badges and a quiet reminder of how far you have come. If you slip, Lumi never shames you: you note it and carry on.
Every message you did not send is saved in a private vault, proof of every urge you outlasted. Release them when you are ready.
A warm companion you can talk to any time. It is powered by a trained language model, not a person, and it is not a therapist. It remembers what matters to you, if you let it.
A private journal with prompts, moods, photos and voice notes. Lock the app behind Face ID or your passcode.
Your Healing Score, moods and urges, drawn so you can see the shape of your progress, even on a day it does not feel like it.
Reality Check for the rose-tinted memories, a Social Detox checklist, a Closure Letter you never send, and Burn the Memories, a ritual that stays on your phone.
The Coach is a trained language model. It can be wrong, and it cannot replace a doctor, a therapist or a friend.

The 30-day Journey
Each day is a short task you can finish in minutes: a reflection, a reality check, a message you write and keep, a boundary you set. The first three days are free.
